A Tapestry of Stories Building Block

• Age: grades K through 4

From Rumpelstiltzkin to The Spider Weaver, folktales are filled with stories of spinning, weaving, and the wonders of cloth. This Building Block combines lessons on cloth (fibers, techniques, decoration) with related stories from around the world. It is recommended that rental of this Building Block be combined with the A Tapestry of Stories program at the Museum.
