This exploration was created originally in conjunction with the Campbell Gallery exhibit "Why Knot?," a celebration of fiber-working, which was on display from March 27 to August 26, 2007. The Museum would like to thank curator Karen Thompson and the Champaign-Urbana Spinners and Weavers Guild for their many contributions to the exhibit and its related events.
