Milbre Burch is Coming!

The Spurlock Museum is thrilled to announce two events with storyteller Milbre Burch on Saturday, October 27. An award-winning, internationally known performer and recording artist, a published poet and author, and a teacher of her craft, Milbre Burch is a storyteller in every sense of the word.
The workshop Don't Just Do Something: Stand There! Movement and Stillness Storytelling will be presented from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon. The registration fee is $30, and pre-registration is required.
Tales from the Other Side, a ghost story concert for adults, will be held from 7:30 to 9:00 PM. Admission is $5.00. Milbre is undeniably one of the best tellers of "stories from the other side" in the nation. Her ghost stories are brilliant: deep, melodic, and spine chilling. Bring a friend to hold hands with.
