Performance groups include students from the Conservatory of Central Illinois, local Chinese dancers, and members of Music without Borders, an ensemble of young musicians from Bottenfield and South Side Schools. This event is sponsored in part by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.\r\rPerformance times are as follows:  Music without Borders 10:15-10:55  and 11:40-12:20; the Conservatory of Central Illinois  11:00-11:30 and 12:30-1:00; and             Chinese Heritage School Dance Class 1:15-1:45 and 2:15-2:45.\r"
