Zahn Learning Center Open Hours: Diwali

Enhance your Spurlock Museum experience with activities in the Zahn Learning Center. During ZLC Open Hours (ZLC OH), visitors can enjoy exhibit or cultural-related crafts, and access to teaching artifacts and books. $2 per crafter to cover materials. Weekend parking is free in non-metered, non-reserved spots in lot D 22, behind the Museum (enter lot on Oregon).

Diwali is coming! ZLC OH visitors can make and take some popular decorations for this holiday which is a festival of lights: decorated diyas ( little clay pot oil lamps, in our case made from model magic and lit with a battery-operated tealight), tissue paper flowers, and plox (shredded colored paper) filled rangoli designs. $2 per crafter; museum admission is free, and parking is free in lot D22 behind the museum (in non-metered, non-reserved spaces)
