
Crafternoon at Spurlock: Claddagh & Irish Map Collage

Have your hands traced to make a paper claddagh, and learn what the hands, heart, and crown symbolize. Using paper colors that appear in medieval manuscripts such as those on display in the new special exhibit, Medieval Irish Masterpieces in Modern Reproduction, collage a map of Ireland, and read about the process and ingredients it took to produce those medieval inks.
The program runs each Tuesday afternoon from October 4 through November 15th in the Zahn Learning Center.
