Czech filmmaker Jan Ŝvankmajer's latest and possibly final film, Insects, is based on the play Pictures from the Insects' Life by Karel and Josef Čapek. The film premiered at the 2018 International Film Festival in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
This event is hosted by the Russian, East European, and Eurasian Center.
