About the Film
The Good Boss is a comedy-drama that reflects on toxic and paternalistic corporate mindsets. Julio Blanco (Javier Bardem) is the charismatic and manipulative CEO of a small family-run factory of industrial scales in rural Spain. Having been nominated to win a business award, Julio will do anything to ensure his current and former employees do not prevent him from winning the award.
This event is free and open to the public but is not intended for younger audiences.
