
WWII 80th Anniversary Film Screening: "Downfall" (2004)

Please join the EU Center, the Department of History, and the Department of Political Science for a screening of the 2004 German film Downfall (Der Untergang), which depicts the final days of Adolf Hitler during the Battle of Berlin.
Stefan Djordjevic (History) and Kostas Kourtikakis (Political Science) will give brief opening remarks on the historical context of the film and the significance of World War II in the establishment of the European Union.
Food will be served after the film screening.
