Research Remarks
Description | "This free-blown, bluish green double cosmetic tube of 'colorless' glass is similar in form and technique to catalogue number 105. The surface deformation reveals evidence of incrustation and iridescent weathering. The bases of the tubes, bulging slightly, are rounded off and flattened. The rim is molded inward. Fragments of the trailed thread decoration that once spiraled down the entire length of the tubes still adhere to the sides." |
