Description | This Greek coin is a silver Trihemiobol from Pharsalos in Thessaly in central Greece. It was struck in 350 BCE. The obverse is a profile of Athena, Greek goddess of wisdom, war, and peace, with a crested helmet. The reverse is a man riding a prancing horse with a whip in hand. |
