PN workers OXEN 6 PN workers 50 Comment The 'C, Ca, Ch, Co, Dm, Dn' series record groups of miscellaneous livestock -- mostly oxen and pigs, with some animals which are still unidentified. Tablet Ce 59 lists numbers of 'working oxen' at various places. Two groups of oxen are described as da-mo: 'for the village' - perhaps an indication of public property or a public work force. |
