"On his recent trip to Yugoslavia, Rasio Dunatov was commissioned by the Center director and by Georgette Meredith, director of our World Heritage Museum, to look for suitable items from the Slavic countries for inclusion in the museum's permanent collection. We are pleased to report that on September 2 the following items were presented to the museum: a 19th century Russian icon with a fine silver cover, an elaborately decorated 19th century Russian cross, two 19th century Czech crystal decanters, and two pieces of an elaborate Macedonian wedding costume from the second half of the 19th century.", Russian and East European Center, CENTER NEWS, Issue No. 11, September 19, 1977
