Historical Campus Walking Tour: “How Many Times Have I Walked Right by It?”

This is a self-guided walking tour/BINGO game. Instead of numbers, participants will explore nearby campus buildings in search of architectural features that demonstrate the influence of Ancient Mediterranean cultures on institutions of higher learning. Participants may arrive and depart at their own convenience.

About the series:

Expand your insights of the University of Illinois as the Spurlock Museum hosts a series of free walking tours to nearby campus locations. The tours, each beginning in the Museum’s lobby, will be held every Sunday afternoon in October. Tours will be offered between 1:00 pm and 3:30 pm, will average 1 mile in distance, and will last between 45 and 60 minutes. The tours are held in conjunction with the exhibit Knowledge at Work: The University of Illinois at 150.
