Research Remarks

Published Description

Hungary - Middle Bronze Age palstaff with constricted neck, raised lipping about 2.6 mm. high, and haft groove 9.8 mm wide. The blade is flared with a large curved edge. Sides are rounded and butt end tapers in thickness. II 1489 (written in white ink in one haft groove). Lettering and numbering similar to 22.7.20 which also have UNGARN written with numbers.
