Rev: .SEMPER (rosette) REGENTES., bearded personification reclining on long grass l., nude with drapery over waist and upper thighs, haolding oar? in l. hand with l. arm resting on a large jar out of which is rushing water down along the line of his legs, .AERARIUM.REGIUM. in exurge.
