Learn to blues dance at Urbana’s 2nd annual SnowMELT Blues Dance Festival at Spurlock Museum! Beginner lessons with Chris Dove will be held at the Museum while advanced level lessons are scheduled at other festival locations. Please visit the festival website for additional information.
SnowMELT Blues 2020 (external link) is organized by bluesCENTRAL, the blues dancing community of Central Illinois. Spurlock Museum serves as exhibit sponsor with temporary exhibit Blues Dancing and Its African Roots which will be on display from March 6, 2020 to November 15, 2020.
