Collections staff regularly clean the museum storage facility to deter pests and maintain a functional workspace. Using vacuums, brooms, Swiffer’s, and more, the staff cleans high and low to provide a safe environment for the museum artifacts. Here, Danielle Lewis uses a push broom to sweep the main walkways, and Sarah Shelton cleans the floor track system for compact storage units with our Ghostbusters backpack vacuum. Our first rule of cleaning with the vacuum is of course, ‘Don’t Cross the Steams’!
